In May 2017, under quite tense situation, we entered North Korea with a tourist group from Dandong, China. Although the tourist group was led by the official guide of North Korea for visiting only the "official sights", we tried to find and discover more about the real situations and details of North Korea's people and society, which are quite different from neither Western media and North Korea's media.

This is a hand-drawn 2D animation inspired by Picasso's famous painting <Dora Maar>. We try to simulate Picasso's abstract painting style and give a life to the eyes of his different paintings - They are always not on their right position. The very short video contains lots of efforts during our first attempt of hand-drawn animation.

The Angkor Wat of Siem Reap is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Southeast Asia. However, when we enjoy the marvelous spectacles, we are easy to ignore the history behind this old land.
Our protagonist Mr.Sirey Rattana is the director of the 'Little Angel' orphanage house. He himself became an orphan in the Khmer Rouge massacre. He didn't lose hope, instead, he opened 'Little Angel', accepted as many children as he could afford. Not only providing place to live and food to eat, but also teach them cowhide art techniques so that the children, when they grow up, they can live on their own.
This film won the 'Outstanding public welfare short film' prize in the Second Annual Shanghai Commonwealth Micro-movie Festival.

Dreality is a combination of dream and reality. In the work, the images were all recorded by camera, and later animated to blur the boundary of reality and dream. The inspiration was from my astigmatism. It has brought me a lot of inconveniences in my life. However, the advantage is that I see a different world, a world made up with light spots at night. The music video was made for Tfvsjs's 'days of daze'.

What people are thinking when they are walking alone? In 'walking', friends from different backgrounds were invited to have a walk alone, at the same time, they were required to pay attention to what they were thinking during the walk. A gopro was placed on their shoulder to record what they had seen. I waited for them at the destinations and immediately record their thoughts as they told me after the walk. The results were interesting and surprising as several of them came up with very imaginary stories, while the thoughts of others mostly reflected their characteristics and habits.

In 2015, I accomplished my first narrative film, '3/4π'. It is an open ending suspense film. A murderer who didn't kill, a blind who can actually see, and a deaf who dared to love and trust. The story happened when our protagonist woke up to find himself beside a dead body. Does a story must have an ending? We tend to challenge this question by creating this short film. The three paralleled storylines make everything inexplicable.
